In today’s 2.0.5 release DroidIn adds “favorites” support. When browsing your contacts or viewing 1-st degree (your direct contact) profile you will see a star icon in the top right corner. If you select it – the contact is added to your favorite list and you can see all of your favorite contacts in the favorites tab. Please give it a try and report any bugs, the feature is new and somewhat experimental.

1. Changed navigation on Profile page to tabs
2. You can now fling from letter-to-letter on Contacts page
3. “Long click” on profile in contacts will bring contact form
DroidIn 2 is out!
Dear friends! Yes it took a long time but we are happy to inform you that DroidIn v. 2 is now on the Android market. Please upgrade, the old version will no longer be developed or supported

DroidIn 2
Attention! DroidIn is broken
Dear users. The DroidIn as it exists now was created as “web scraper” at the time when LinkedIn didn’t have official API. With LinkedIn currently adding CAPTCHA functionality to their mobile site the DroidIn login is broken. If you download the app you will not be able to login.
The work is already started on DroidIn v. 2 which will be based on the official API. If you purchased paid copy in the past you will get DroidIn2 app free of charge.
When? This is an open question but we will do our best effort to release at least limited beta version as soon as possible
DroidIn – the Inbox is broken
Dear all. Here’s piece of somewhat sad news. The DroidIn’s Inbox functionality was broken by latest round of UI changes at LinkedIn and Inbox in both Lite and paid versions is no longer functional
Out apologies for any inconvenience

DroidIn – release 1.7.0
This release introduces optimization for Updates, Profile and Contacts pages. Generally, when you revisit the updates page you see the locally cached version.
- Page is updated with the same frequency as background updates.
- You can always globally reset the cache from the menu option
- When you do a “long” click on the button at the top – individual page is refreshed
- When you post a status update – page is also refreshed
- “Inbox” page is not cached at this release
- “Lite” released at 1.7.1 and Google (totally useless) mobile ads are replaced with AdMob ads
Please report any bugs and issues
