Starting with 4.1.3 Droidin is now built in 3 sub-versions 05, 08 and 10 to bettor tailor to devices running various Android OS versions. So if you still have Eclair your version will show up as 41405, Froyo - 41410 and Gingerbread - 41410. Thanks to the multiple version support on Android market we also have older Droidin version 3.0.7 that supports even older devices (Donut) but is lacking contact sync and groups.

Droidin keeps reinventing itself in the new release. This is 4th major update for the first and still best LinkedIn Android client. Redesigned Home view, streamlined Updates and support for LinkedIn job search are just some of the new features of the application. Please note that due to the large numbers of updates and new features there may be new bugs and issues. As we (with your help) identify the issues we will release follow-up maintenance updates as soon as fix is available
LinkedIn continues having problems with their updates API. The problem was reported and their engineers working to resolve it. If you are experiencing difficulties with update feed please disable Company updates by going to Updates view and clicking on the settings icon on the toolbar. Then deselect “Company updates”. We are also working on new version of the Droidin that would filter out “bad” updates

Dear Droidin users, due to some changes in LinkedIn programming interface (API) we getting reports of failing updates. We are working on the fix and will release it soon on both Android and Amazon markets. Thank you for your patience and understanding
Droidin v. 3.5.0 was just released to the Android market. This is a major upgrade that introduces full address book contact syncing. Now (optionally) you can import all your LInkedIn contacts into your address book and have seamless interoperability with Droidin. You will be able to call full profile and send direct messages to your contacts. Please note that this a first BETA quality release, please report any errors so we can fix those.
IMPORTANT: LinkedIn does not provide personal email addresses as part of profile (contact) information, however as you communicate with your contact any new information including email maybe automatically synced into address book contacts.
